The new project will be built just a short walk away from Nova’s prestigious The Palm, close to the end of Wongamat’s Soi 16.
Work on clearing the site should begin later this year with a view to starting construction in the middle of next year and completion is set for the first quarter of 2015.
The area where Serenity will be built matches up to the name. It’s quiet and peaceful but the best beaches (200 metres), nightlife and restaurants of North Pattaya are just minutes away.
It will be built on 375sq/wah, rise to eight floors and comprise 154 units. Some units on the upper floors will enjoy sea views and all residents will be able to look out to sea from the roof area which will be home to a 18 x 7m swimming pool.
Other amenities planned include underground parking, a koi pond and garden, round-the-clock security and a fitness centre.
Serenity will have studios and one- and two-bedroom units.
Studios will range in size from 21.25sqm to 23.85sqm with prices starting at Bt956,250 for Thai or company ownership.
